Roland and his team were incredible to work with. We interviewed three different realtors before choosing his company. He was professional, highly knowledgable about both the market and older homes, which would require renovations. Finding a healthy house was very important to us, but sometimes a struggle within our budget and high expectations. He was extremely patient throughout the process with us. We put in offers on three homes (some multiple times), pulled out of an agreed upon deal after inspection report, and when I saw our dream home come up, despite being in the middle of negotiations for another property, Roland got us in as the first to view and therefore the first to have an accepted offer all within hours. A hefty handful of other offers came in the following day we later learned. I had originally been eager to get into one area of North Vancouver, but Roland kept hinting at another area. We ended up in that hinted area because apparently Roland understood us better than we did ourselves. We are so happy with the community, the bike trails and parks, our home and neighbours. Roland was always available and if he couldn't be, Tina was -- a brilliant, organized and authentic woman. She sent a thank you postcard to my daughter because she knew how excited our daughter was to be living in a house that had mail delivered to the door. We met Roland on the recommendation of a co-worker who also had a great house buying experience from him.
