Ridgewood Townhomes

Boffo Properties has announced a new proposed townhome community on the corner of Ridgewood Drive and Ayr Avenue in Edgemont Village, North Vancouver. This development is scheduled to begin construction May 2018.

From the developers website:

• Boffo Properties will be building 25 new townhomes on the four properties at 1031–1045 Ridgewood Drive in Edgemont Village.
• The proposed project will include three-bedroom homes, ranging in size from approximately 1,878 sq. ft. to 2,320 sq. ft.
• The site will be accessed from a driveway off of Ayr Avenue. Parking will be located in a secured underground garage. A total of 52 parking spaces are provided for the residents along with 3 visitor parking spaces. A total of 25 Class 1 (resident) and 5 Class 2 (visitor) bicycle parking stalls are also provided.
• The project has been designed with sustainable principles in mind and will be built to BuiltGreen Gold standards. The project is consistent with the Council-approved Edgemont Village Refresh Plan, and the proposed massing responds to the Edgemont Village Centre Plan and Design Guidelines.
